We supply roasted cacao beans for you to experiment with. Our cacao has been fermented for 5days, sun dried for 7days and roasted at traditional temperatures to bring out the richest koko flavours.
Samoan cacao is known to have the highest percentage of cacao butter, no need for extra oils just pure cacao at its finest.
