More about our 80% Dark Chocolate
Make sure the chocolate is served at room temperature.
Place a piece of dark chocolate in your mouth and you can break it with your teeth once or twice but then just let it melt. If you continue to chew you will miss some of the tasting notes. Having the patience to allow the cacao butter to melt and release the flavours is a skill you want to build to bring more mindfulness into your chocolate experiences and stillness into your day.
Our 80% dark chocolate is made of Organic, Single Origin, Traditionally grown Cacao, Raw Organic Sugars and a touch of Sunflower Lecithin. Eating up to 100 g of chocolate every day is linked to lowered heart disease and stroke risk.
What would you pair it with?
Fresh figs, and cheese (vegan), a glass of shiraz….
